- Follow product label instructions for cleaning and maintenance. Damage caused by improper use or incorrect washing is not covered by refund or replacement.
- Order Terms
- Customers must provide true and accurate personal information (name, phone number, delivery address). We are not liable for delivery failure or delay caused by incorrect customer information.
- Order cancellation is allowed before payment upon notification. Cancellation after payment is subject to the refund eligibility rules.
- Payment Terms
- All orders are settled via bank transfer only with no direct website payment available. Transfer receipt must be sent to us for payment verification.
- We are not liable for order delay caused by customer transfer error, delayed transfer or failure to notify us after payment.
- Delivery Terms

- On-site inspection is required upon parcel collection. Complaints about damaged packaging or incorrect items will not be entertained after acceptance without valid proof.
