1. Delivery Arrangement
- Delivery Coverage: Entire Macao SAR (Macau Peninsula, Taipa, Coloane); excluding remote outlying islands and border control areas.
- Delivery Time: Goods will be delivered within 2–3 working days after confirmed payment (delayed on public holidays). Express delivery is available upon negotiation with extra fees applicable.
- Delivery Method: Door-to-door delivery by our designated staff. You will receive a phone call prior to delivery; please keep your contact number accessible. A second delivery will incur additional charges if you are unavailable to receive the parcel.
- Delivery Fee: Free delivery within Macau Peninsula; a small delivery fee applies to Taipa and Coloane based on actual distance (enquire for exact charges).
- Inspection Reminder: Please check the package integrity and verify product style and size upon collection. You may refuse acceptance and contact us immediately if the package is damaged or items do not match your order.
2. Refund Terms & Procedure
- Refund Eligibility (in accordance with Macau 3-day cooling-off period regulation):
- Products with manufacturing defects (fabric damage, loose stitching, size deviation etc., non-artificial damage).
- Received items do not match ordered style, size or colour (not caused by customer input errors).
- Unopened, unworn and unwashed products eligible for resale, with refund application submitted within 3 days of receipt for voluntary order cancellation.
- Refund Process:
- Submit a refund request to us promptly with reason, product photos and order details.
- We will verify the application within 1–2 working days. Upon approval, you will be notified to return the goods. Return shipping fee is borne by customers for voluntary refunds; covered by us for defective or incorrect items.
- After receiving and inspecting the returned goods to meet refund conditions, full payment will be refunded to your original payment bank account within 3–5 working days. Actual arrival time depends on bank processing.
- Non-Refundable Circumstances:
- Products opened, worn, washed or damaged affecting resale.
- Product mismatch caused by customer’s incorrect order information.
- Refund application submitted more than 3 days after receipt.
- Damage caused by improper use or human error.
